I went to pay my city of tshwane account at Bodibeng offices in Soshanguve.Funds were paid into an incorrect account and my acciunt remained in arrears.I sent them proof of payment on the 11th September and they came back to me on the 17th with reference number saying query closed.When I enquired they said transfer of funds will be done and will reflect on my next statement. I went to the offices at Bodibeng on the 6th of October as I was blocked and they said I must go to the police station to make an affidavit for the mistake that they did.I did that as I was frustrated.They promised to fix it but to date nothing has been done and I cannot buy electricity.Account numbet *** references that they gave to me *** for funds transfer and *** for meter readings as I was billed incorrectly, which they do every 2nd month. The Mayor and her ******* metro police,and ******* staff are beyond rich with all the daily bribe mobey they pocket from the public , from drivers , businesses,, this is a huge concern,neighbourhoods are targeted,destroyed,and they are doing nothing,to stop this degrading of Pretoria.

The city of tshwane municipality ,refuge removal department are *****udlently *****ing mobey from residents,ice been complaining for more than 10 years,about money owed to me as a resident for being charged for refuge removal thay was not done,the fact that they refuse to credit my municipality *** is not right,they owe me this money ,when they strike,and during covid lock down,refuge removal was not done,so this us *****,they forced me that bill i gad to pay it or they will cut off my water and electricity,even during lockdown there was a huge price increase that was not publically published,no person could see their accounts,during that time!the city of tshwane municipality is ********** *******
