Friendly and efficient service - especially from Lerato Mohlala!

This is a shout-out to Lerato Mohlala (Billing & Accounts), who assisted me with my query in a friendly and efficient manner. She listened and was patient, looked up and cross-checked readings, explained what was going on and why consumption figures can sometimes be based on estimates. She also explained and reassured me that once actual readings are done, the numbers will balance out. In general, I was impressed with every person I encountered at the municipality. From the minute I stepped through the door, I experienced friendly and helpful people who referred me to the right person (Lerato), straight away - no waiting, no queues. I wish it was the same at other municipalities. What I anticipated might be a long dragged out process, was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
