UNFAIR TREATMENT

<p>I am hoping if you can help me or just give me a piece of advise on what to do. My father has retired since from June, I have been phoning HR City of Matlosana from last week but no solution. Firstly i phoned the Akani retirement House and they told me that City of Matlosana hasnt terminated my fathers service yet, then decided to phone City and to my surprise they did not give my father any forms to fill in, sadly my father had to go from home which is far from to City and fill in all the forms as per their request. They then promised that there are some money that he will received into his account by the 15th. I then decided to phone them yesterday but they not taking all of my calls. Today is the 15th and i have been trying to phone the HR lady by the name of Ntshwanelo but still not taking my calls. Please Peter i really need your help as it looks like this people are not taking us serious.</p>
