Poorer than poor service!

Today at 9h00 I called the Matlosana Call Centre. I keep on trying until 9h30 - no response phone just keep on ringing. Then I called the municipality at first nobody answered. Then came the automatic answeringmachine and linked me to the electricity department - needless to say the phone just keep on ringing. I called again and talk to the operator, she linked me to the rates departement - no answer. I called again she linked me to "Tembi" who coeldn't help me and she linked me again to the "right" department. It is 11h22 and the phone is still ringing without anybody attending to it. This is poor service!
