Overcharge levies

<p>I have bought two seperate properties at different times and went through the whole process of advertising in the paper and putting up signs on the gates, i had to get special permission from the municipality to upgrade from a residential to business for both properties. They are charging me an enormous amount now for levies after five years, claiming that they never knew i upgraded from residential to business. All supporting documents will be made available on request. </p>
