NO HELP ONLY ABUSE FROM KLERKSDORP FIRE BRIGADE

<p>Dear Hallo Peter . yesterday a massive fire broke out in the field next to our house by the time i found out it was a metre from our front fence and already reached our back fence. the flames were very high.. I immediately called the local firebrigade at 3.00...the flames were higher than my head I started to try and stop it with my hose only to see that the fires at the back of our house already reached our fence ..no firebrigade.. I called my friend to come help she and her kids fought the fire in front of our house while i was fighting the fire at the back of the house.. still no firebrigade .. I called them again just to have the woman rudely tell me I am a **** and the trucks are at the scene the more I tell her there is NO ONE here the more she called me a ****... put the phone down in my ear..we fought and by grace the wind changed and the fire moved away from our house.. the whole field was burning..I have videos and picures of all this...afterwards a small fire truck drove past ..we stopped them because there were still fire at the other far side of the field. they took a look and left at the same time just after 4 the call centre woman called me and told me I started the fire and that I will pay for the fire brigade's bill for coming out and threw the phone down in my ear... I immedately went with my friend to the fire brigade to speak with her.. when we got there we were told she is not there which today I found out was a lie..I wanted to report her but they wouldn't take a report told me to come back today.. this morning I went to see the station head and told him ecaxtly what happened he listened and told me he will take steps against her for her abusive action ..I again told him I want to report her but no papers nothing was filled in . he said he wants to talk with her first then he will call me and we can take the case further.. I am still waiting for the call...again i have evidence of all this ... this woman should be discharged from her job immediately !! but as usual nothing happened .. no one cares....only by grace our house was saved...klerksdorp</p> <p> </p>
