USELSS JOHANNESBURG OMBUDSMAN, COJ & CITY POWER!!

Sadly the Johannesburg Ombudsman is just as disgusting and as bad as the city officials themselves!

I have sent a complaint against the city on the ********** activities the city power officials and coj officials have engaged in regarding electricity metre, the so called Ombudsman has done absolutely nothing!’
