No Response To Mail - What's The Point

<p>On the 14.9.2016 I had contacted the ombud office for assistance with the admin bungle by the CoJ and was informed that I had to complete a submission form to enable further assistance with resolution. Todate (21.10.2016) I have to heard anything after have called the office almost weekely from the time of submission.</p> <p>My issues is, what's the point of misleading the public that you can intervene with CoJ complaints when you don't even acknowledge the emails and give people a run arround?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
