Joburg Ombudsman disappears!

Does the Joburg Ombudsman still exist? You dial their telephone number *** and it disconnects without ringing. You try to get onto their website, www.joburgombudsman.org.za and it times-out. You send an email to *** and nobody responds. And you want to go and visit them at Wildsview II, Isle of Houghton, 36 Boundary Road, Houghton Estate and the security guard says that they are no longer there. What is going on? Do they still exist? Can anyone let me know how to contact them?
