Containers behind my yard blocking my livelihood

To whom it may concern As a resident of riverlea I am reaching out to my municipality a cry for help for the containers that are stacked on each other behind my yard. As a home owner it is an invasion of privacy and property. The owner of these containers has no intention to use them and these very containers is blocking the sunlight for the households washing to get dry. These containers feels like a dark cloud over my home and I'm calling on authorities to come and have these containers removed. It is not fair to be paying municipality fees when my livelihood is being affected by containers on top of each other. In the times we live in if these containers have to fall over my home and my family will be damaged. Containers behind my yard must go!!!!!
