City of Johannesburg Complaint

<p>After paying our February 2017 municipal statement IN FULL - the amount is STILL reflecting on our lastest June 2017 statement as unpaid & we have been charged interest on the PAID amount as well - this is after NUMEROUS phone calls & emails (attaching the proof of payment) to them - How difficult is it to capture a payment ????!!!!!!!</p> <p>Seriously - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER !!!</p>
