What an absolute fiasco! They sent a truck being assured by Denver that it will go directly to the destination from our home. They called me one hour later to demand more money because it does not fit into a smaller truck at their depot. I paid the money because I didn't have a choice. The truck arrived at the destination and we unloaded everything. When we where done the truck was out of diesel and the driver managed to start the truck on fumes. The wanted to reverse out quickly before the truck died again. He damaged the gate and perimeter wall severely. They promised to pay for the damages but they have changed their minds.
