Worst terrible service every

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVERY!!!!! This is the most unreliable useless wholesaler in south africa. Twice Orders paid in full and not delivered 1st time a very arrogant lady called Chantelle assisted and then after her rudeness never send my paid in full order. Excuse was the order system I was using. Second time I literally spoke to 10 people rude from the get go, and then the same old story telling me they will call back, yet another order handled that did not come and patients left without medication because of incompetence. This is now a order made on their own Smart Order system that all of a sudden disappeared yet shows paid in full and processed now I ask you how do they do business. If you ask for a manager both times either not there or will call you back till date received no call and the bad service just goes on and you are left to try and explain to patients that the wholesaler did not do their job so the patient suffers and goes without meds. that was paid and ordered on time.
