City Lounge Designers are a ********** Company

I am absolutely disgusted with City Lounge Designers service. I ordered a couch from them 3 weeks ago and have been led up the garden path by these people. I was told that the warehouse was burgled and that I would have to wait another week for my couch. 2 weeks down the line I have still not received it and now they want to charge me R2 000 more than the original quote. I was very patient with them in the beginning and decided to keep my order with them but today after arranging to be available to take delivery of my couch (FINALLY) I was asked to please rather cancel my order because they either cant deliver or because they cant get the pricing sorted out. The customer focus is completely off; I have had to consistently follow up on where my couch is and what is happening and when I have requested a picture of the finished couch I was ignored time and time again. I was also requested to pay CASH on delivery so I had to go to the trouble of drawing a large amount of cash and keeping it safe for the almost month that I have been waiting for my order. Are they de*****ing SARS? Is taking payment in cash so that they don't pay tax???
