Worst service ever

<p>So it's Ramadan for us Muslims...and before our morning prayer we have a little meal....so I put my order in a day before and the lady still says it's not a problem at all your food will be ready at 4:45...now normally I would buy good the night before just to have something to eat the next morning...so thinkin I didn't have to do that here I didn't buy anything....woke up this morning and went to reception to get my good but the guy at the desk looks more lost than anything...says he is going to "check" 10min later he comes out with nothing and says no order has been placed...so my thing is don't say you can do something when you know you can't....i had to drive around to look for a place to at 5 in the morning....very dissapointed in the service received by city lodge hotel!!!!!</p>
