Very poor service road lodge potchefstroom

I have never visitited a rodge as bad as this When i arrived no friendly staff i asked for a smoking room they advised me none available to my shock later they day hearing the new guest asking then they also said they dont have but they will make a plan for him

The menu is so limited i order pudding only to find out when collecting my food that they no longer have then again they also dont have the coeldrink i wanted

Waiting more then an hour for food even if you are the first one there When inorders to take to my room i was supraside that it takes 2 hours because when sitting for an hour in the restaurant to check why they give people food that order long after me and this was only a burger I will not recomend this to anyone as this is not standards of a hotel this is not even a half a start does not desirce a start
