Unwashed Bedding! Very disappointing and even more disgusting!
I have stayed at the city lodge in Pinelands on many occasions and I am generally pleased with the service but my most recent visit has been an absolute disaster. Firstly, the room had requested was given to someone else and the room I was then set up in was a double room where I'd essentially be sleeping in two single beds as opposed to one. I requested a different room and was moved immediately. However, when I finally got into bed , I could smell that the linen had not been washed. I have never been more disgusted. I am very disappointing and my stay was terribly *****ed by this experience.
