UNACCEPTABLE INCORRECT BOOKING
We were so excited for Innibos 2015, which is just around the corner. Early in 2014 we made a booking at the Road Lodge Nelspruit, which is right across the street from Innibos festival. We were ecstatic to have booked 2 rooms - which meant we would not have to take a taxi as parking is a nightmare!<br> <br> Today - we phoned the Nelspruit Road lodge to confirm our booking - only to be told that SORRY your booking is for the weekend BEFORE Innibos and not the weekend of Innibos although we SPECIFICALLY asked for Innibos weekend!!! Phoning and speaking with the manager Anneke - all the blame was put on us, we never heard one apology from her.<br> <br> When we made the booking it was the assistant manager that made the actual booking - now we are told that he would never have made that booking because Innibos books the whole hotel and has done so for the past 5 years. All I want to know is - if Innibos books out the whole hotel for the previous 5 years, why did the assistant manager not know this?! Is this the knowledge an assistant manager has of the going ons in his own hotel? <br> <br> Now here we sit - without any accommodation for Innibos 2015. We are so sorry that you could not book accommodation at our hotel for the dates that you required. When big events take place, there are often block bookings by organisers that book out an entire hotel for the duration of an event. It is good to know that the GM of the hotel has contacted you in this regard to try to find you alternative accommodation and to offer you complimentary parking so that you can be as close as possible to the proceedings.
