Town lodge Umhlanga not fit for business travel

Was booked into Town lodge Umhlanga, on reception I was met by a customer that complained that his card again was inactive. The lady at reception was very witty and harsh to reprimand the client that they should not out the phone against the room card… the phone does not have a magnet to de-activate the card. I saw a restaurant they advertised, enquired whether I can have dinner as I have not ate well on my business trip and need a good meal. They said it is a great restaurant. 1. The restaurant serve lunch menu. 2. You pay a high premium per night for a small room no breakfast included 3. If you are lady, you pay R200 to hire a hairdryer. Absolutely not worth the money per night, not fit for a business women travelling and would not recommend to eat here. Such a beautiful building, much bigger disappointment.
