Things have improved
After staying at this hotel last year (2015). I complained about the ****** I experienced and subsequently wrote a complaint on this platform. I was understandably upset to have to book this same hotel due to the lack of decent accommodation in Capetown recently. I was pleasantly surprised this time around as I experienced some of the most courteous service for the two weeks I spent at Grandwest City Lodge. Keep It UP guys!!!
