slightly disappointed.

As a regular at the various CLHG hotels i was disappointed at the lack of attention to detail i have learned to expect from the group. i stayed at the Germiston road lodge which i have frequented in the past when on business only to have the aircon/heater not working, when i showered the whole bathroom floor was under water and when i reported this the first time to the one shift i was just ignored, the next day the lady on duty was a little more helpful even though not very friendly. Normally the staff in the Road and city lodges are a lot more friendly and helpful.
