Service with a smile indeed

My partner and I stayed at the Road Lodge East London for a few days this past week in November and found it to be such a pleasant stay as every staff member from the reception area, to the cleaning staff and security always had smiles on their faces. Every staff member was friendly, always greeted and helped where needed, this is exactly the type of atmosphere anyone wants when staying away from home. In addition to that it was nice and clean and sheets were great. Compliments to you all, thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
