Rooms definately need attention

My family and I checked in on the 17/10/2015 at the Road Lodge Carnival City.<br> We have been staying at the Road Lodge for the past 10 years now but it seems like the <br> Standards are really taking a huge dip.There is absolutely no concern when it comes to hygiene which is the most important issue in the hospitality industry.The room we checked into was stuffy and it really stank.The bedding definitely needs attention because its really smells.The towels look like they from world war 1.The ice machine does not work and it seems like the management and staff is not interested at all because when asked about the machine the answere is \"go and buy at the garage"\"".I come from the same industry and this is definitely not customer service or customer satisfaction."""
