Road Lodge/ City Lodge Group- ********

city lodge group, with its Road Lodge division- are ********. I made a booking via Hotels.com and then RL Bloemfontein calls 2 hours before checkin & cancels. Now both Hotels.com & RL Bloemfontein- joint ********, refuse to refund the money. 8 Calls to both entities, and they have still not bothered to find a solution. RL Lodge will not even take the calls of Hotels.com or me. They says send an email, but refuse to give the email address
