RETURN LOST ITEMS TO CLIENTS

I'm extremely irritated with the staff members at Road Lodge Randburg. I left a personal valuable item at this place on Saturday morning and I'm being told that nobody found it. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? has the room not been cleaned yet? This is the second time that I mistakenly forget something at this very same lodge, and nobody knows what happened. I have left more valuable items at City Lodge, and every time, without fail, the staff give it back to me when I contact them. How is it that two hotels with the same mother brand can have a different caliber of staff? Clearly the cleaning staff and management at the Randburg lodge are doing something wrong. I want that item back before the end of today!! Randburg Road lodge is creating a VERY BAD REPUTATION for the City Lodge group. This is pathetic! You say you care about people? But your staff does not have the decency to return lost items? Disgusting!! We live busy lives, we rush to appointments; therefore we sometimes forget items in rooms. It's not an opportunity for staff to to take those items. RETURN LOST ITEMS! THEY'RE NOT YOURS!
