Refund not paid

I have requested a booking refund because I cancelled and they gladly agreed and said my money will reflect in 14 days in my account but it’s been more than 40 days now without nothing. I had booked with road lodge rustenburg n booked via the online platform. Everytime I call I get excuses that the relevant person is not available he will call me instead when his in but never does.
