Poor House Keeping

Extremely disappointed in the fact that my running shoes were just missing and not reported to be found in the hotel room cupboard after check out at Gran West City Lodge.When I called the hotel House Keeping said there should be a lost and found log for reception to check.I ended up speaking to the manager who made minimal effort since the last place my running shoes was were in the hotel room.New guest checked in and I used the hotel blanket that gets packed away in the same cupboard where my shoes were left so its strange that House Keeping didn't see it.Unbelievable so between House Keeping and the new guest my shoes are just gone.
