Pathetic service

Visited road lodge umghlanga. I have stayed there multiple times. This was the first time i experienced such disrespectful and pathetic service. The ladies at the front desk have no ettiquette or customer service. They pick and choose who they want to give good customer service too. They also are more interested in chit chatting with eachother and other staff instead of attending to customers. They speak rudely about other customers infront of other customers. They should really consider hiring staff with some customer service s****s.
