Over the past eight weeks, I have been staying at your hotel while attending training, and during this time, it has truly felt like a home away from home.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for most of my life — including at several five-star establishments abroad — and having travelled extensively, I can confidently say that the service I have received at City Lodge has been among the finest I’ve ever experienced.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with exceptional warmth and professionalism. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure comfort, care, and genuine hospitality. Whether it was the friendly morning greetings at breakfast or the thoughtful goodnight wishes after dinner, your team consistently delivered service excellence with sincerity and heart.

Despite the ongoing renovations, the staff have shown remarkable dedication and resilience, maintaining high standards and creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Their commitment to delivering WOW service truly stood out.

I would like to personally thank everyone — from the reception team, hosts, waiters, chefs, drivers, housekeeping, and shift managers — for making my stay such a memorable experience.

A special mention to Nately, who today wished me farewell with a five-star chocolate — a small gesture that left a lasting impression and perfectly reflected the warmth and care of your entire team.

You have built an outstanding team that exemplifies world-class hospitality. While there may be no official six-star rating in the hotel industry, your team undoubtedly deserves one.
