No water

Booked at the Road lodge Richards bay Friday evening of the 7th. Saturday morning 7am woke up to take a shower there was no water. Nothing was said at check in or when I called to booked a room yet the staff said they were aware from the day before that they would not have water from 6am in the morning. I was given a cold bucket of water to bath, no apologies no accountability except to be told that I was supposed to be informed the night before. First and last time I will every stay in that hotel again.
