I previously posted a complaint about City Lodge Waterfront. I notice their feedback was that the Manager contacted me and this was Amicably resolved. This never happened. Rosaleen called me to confirm when the incident happened and told me she will investigate and give me feedback. If this is the feedback then I really cannot trust City Lodge to look after us when we are actually there.
