"Mistakes" makes your guests feel unsafe

I am staying at the City Lodge Hotel Eastgate. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is lovely. Safety is my first priority - this is why I prefer an hotel to an Airbnb. Someone tried to open my door. I couldn't phone reception because their phone lines are out of order. I phoned on my cell phone and was told they had made a mistake at reception and sent another guest to my room? Apologized for the mistake. Then again, a disturbance at my door. Room service that I had not ordered. Phoned again. Again told it was a mistake. I am not feeling very settled and safe in your hotel.
