Missing my Prada Sunglasses

I am very sad and disappointed at the same time about my stay at Road lodge Umhlanga,i've been a regular there from last year but what happened to me last sunday on the 10th of December 2023 is very unfortunately,basically i was there for a weekend.on sunday when i checkout ,i forgot my brand new pair of Prada sunglasses worth of R5020 only wore them once on that last night.when i called them they told me they havent seen them,and they are not responsible of lost items they consindering it as my negligence.for further investigation they can do polygraph test ,however,if no trangressions are discovered i will be reliable for the cost of conducting test...so how unfortunate is that as a victim. I will never ever again set my foot in that hotel.
