maintenance at 3 am.
Booking number 148400<br> <br> Reconsider your booking with this people.<br> <br> Firstly the hotel corridors were extremely filthy, then we got into our room. <br> <br> We literally slept for 3 hours and 30 minutes, at 3:30 am we had a loud banging on our floor. I woke to phone reception, then I was told its a plumber fixing a broken tap. I asked if it couldn't be done during the day, i was told my room will be flooded if the it wasn't done. I kept being interrupted when I spoke and I was told to wake and go and see for myself. When we woke up our room was also soaking wet and our items were soaked as a result. In the morning not even a simple apology from the manager. We were told to write our names on a piece of paper and i have a feeling that call. Extremely terrible stay at rustenburg roadlodge.
