Loyalty login does not work and nobody calls back (2 weeks)

Been struggling for the past 2 weeks to get someone to assist me with logging into the Loyalty site however nobody seems willing to assist. I have left my contact details with the "Live Help And Live Chat" as well as sent multiple e-mails.
