I need my refund that's all

Am very much disappointed with Road Lodge in Rustenburg. I make a booking through Trip.com Group on the 09th of March 2024. They didn't conform my booking until I get another place to sleep over in Rustenburg. When I was in bed a transaction went through from y bamk to their account. When i asked why because they didnt confirm and i got another booking they told me its a no show. How do they expect me to sleep in two places at the same night? When i ask for my refund they told me its a no show, why they dont return my money and charge me a cancellation fee! I want my return or I will exposed you how you still peoples money. I don't hold key to network and loadshedding and I cannot sleep in the street where am not safe.
