Horrible Services at OR Tambo City Lodge
I've never felt so humiliated by anyone or any institution before. Its so sad that I'm stuck at your OR Tambo hotel with nowhere else to go. I will NEVER EVER set foot here or at any of your hotels again and I will make sure that I tell everyone who cares to listen about the horrible experience I had at your hotel.
