Horrible service eva

<p> </p> <p>We booked into the Road Lodge from thurs-sun .</p> <p>The service is horrible staff was unfriendly. We booked for 3 staying in a room but there was no blankets available for sleeper couch. No pillow available either. If we requested they said we should have asked earlier. I forgot one of my bags at reception and asked them if perhaps someone hand ed it in the look I got omh! We would go out in the morning by 4pm rooms was still being cleaned. I will never go to a road lodge in Johannesburg again. I am from Cape Town and had been to our road lodges a few times I must say their service is excellent. </p>
