Helpfull staff and comfortable lodge
Hi, I normally post about bad service but this time it is different. I would like to praise City Lodge OR Thambo and then a very helpful person by name of Sholiphi. We were booked into the wrong City Lodge and due to covid screening only got out very late from arrivals. She tried to help us to organise a taxi to the City Lodge nearby. The taxi took a very long time to arrive and I decided to request a free room. Luckily there was one open. Room was clean fine and I cant find fault at all. I just want to say thanks for the good service. It is really appreciated. Dirk
