Great staff = Great service
Stayed at the OR Tambo City lodge last night. Although I had no aircon remote in my room and the tv remote batteries were flat, I still have to give the staff 5 stars for their prompt responses and the manner that dealt with the 2 small issues. The restaurant staff, reception staff and bar staff were all super friendly and always making sure I was looked after and happy. Will be seeing me again.
