Great service and prompt response to enquiry
I reserved a hotel room with the road lodge, but was fortunate to then secure accommodation with friends. I cancelled the room and expected a refund within 7 days but this did not happen. I sent numerous emails to head office but received no reply. On phoning their head office I was eventually transferred to the general manager. She requested my documents and responded the same day with proof of refund. What great service after a let down by head office
