Great customer Service - City Lodge OR Tambo

Stayed at the City Lodge Hotel at OR Tambo. Simple hotel but never disappointed. Very clean, friendly, accommodating and nicely upgraded. Would like to recognise Shaun at the front desk who checked us in, he was wonderful - very efficient and great customer service skills.
