Gateway Roadlodge kzn

I recently stayed at roadlodge gateway. Check in on 05 July 2023. I had R1100 ****** from my jacket which I had hung in my room. I realized on the 6th when checking out that my mo ey has been ******. But I figured that if I complained that the hotel would be defensive. I called the hotel o inform them I order to prevent future guests from been ******. A lady who I was transferred to, who did not even introduce herself for exactly what I had anticipated. She was defending the emoyee who had Cleaned my room. Saying that I can be, I'm. The first to complain. With this kind of response and respect I would never choose the hotel and will share this to social platforms. The Cleaner searched my jacket and took my money.
