FILTHY, DISGUSTING CITY LODGE LYNWOOD

The hotel room was filthy, Very disappointing. Toilet was used and not flushed, Sheets and pillowcases had yellow stains, Big stain on the Carpet, and the entire Unit smells.

Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, The Glasses and Plates were smelling like Eggs so therefore it was not washed properly. The only Fresh food was the fruits and yogurt, The Orange juice in the canister was finished and I asked if they can refill twice, and never happened. Also, no one to assist us upon breakfast arrival, Most tables were left uncleaned after other people ate with plates standing all over and no clean table to sit at. My wife is pregnant So we just stood up and leave to go eat at a different restaurant even though we paid for the Breakfast at city lodge hotel.

The front desk is Useless, Sitting on their cellphones while people are in the Que, Also Sleeping behind the desk when I arrived at 04:00AM Sunday morning .Did not make use of the Cafe for any Lunch or Dinner, Menu for Room service was placed in the room but however I called 5 Times and never received a response the phone just kept on ringing, Same with the front desk. Hotel has Very little staff visible, is Unexperienced and Seriously need urgent help
