False Adverti*****t On the Citylodge Website
I made a booking for a Johannesburg Shopping Special online. The website says the rate is bed and breakfast. When I checked in at the Citylodge in Katherine Str, Sandton, Johannesburg they said the rate is for bed only. This is unacceptable because what is advertised on the website in not what you get when you arrive at the hotel. This is certainly false adverti*****t.
