FAILED website and booking system!
City Lodge decides to change their website. I make a booking last Friday. I arrive at the hotel and, surprise, surprise..... No damned reservation!!!!I have stayed at this hotel many many times, all of my bookings done online and now this!!!!
So here I have to fight for a room after having made a booking online!
My advice, don't use City Lodge website! Rathe use Tsogo Sun.... Much easier and most importantly.... It works!!!!!
