Excellent Service - OR Tambo City Lodge Hotel

I would like to give City Lodge Hotel at OR Tamba International Airport a big compliment. I received excellent service from the receptionist, Happy. I had some problems with my car park ticket and she did more than her daily duties. She assists me to solve the problem with a smile. I would for sure stay at this hotel, because of the friendliness of the staff. Well done - City Lodge OR tambo, especially to the receptionist Happy.
