Dysfunctional website!
They launched a new website. Totally useless! First reservation, it didn't even book my room. I was at the hotel with no room! Second use, it kept timing out!
Now I'm trying to cancel a reservation I made on the site and it keeps taking me back to the page where I select to edit my reservation!
This is a waste of time. Its annoying, frustrating and pathetic!
CLHG, instead of making it easier, you are chasing away loyal guests!!!!!
So now, I will not cancel my booking and I dare you to try and bill me for the room!!!!
