Don't eat at this hotel

Had dinner at the Courtyard Waterfall Hotel restaurant. If it had been my choice, I would have gone somewhere else for dinner. The service was nowhere in the region of a 4* hotel standard. As for the food and menu choice not great either, I ordered a steak rare but got a medium steak and when I asked for the waiter, he told me that my steak was rare and if I want to change it, I will be charged. Well, I did not eat it and sent it back and canceled my order, but on receiving the bill I was charged for my steak. I guess this is how this hotel operates. They will never see me or any of my guests again.
