Does not stick to their word

We recently decided to fly down for a team build. We arrived a bit late and on arrival was told that the kitchen was still open for 10 minutes so we could get something to eat. We were a group of approx 30 people and as soon as we started to order, the manager said that the kitchen was closed. I will never stay at City Lodge again - especially after they did not stick to their word! Really disappointed after years of staying there for a quick stop between work events.
